Enable and constrain GSDP to blend the capabilities and curiosities involved in this emerging research community into a coherent and feasible research program.

The last work package enables and constrains GSDP to blend the capabilities and curiosities involved in this emerging research community into a coherent and feasible research program. At the beginning of each year, work package 7 must formulate a set of questions to work packages 1-6, tailor them to the specific focus of each work package, collect the answers towards the end of the year, and help organizing the overarching conversation in which all work packages together work towards an increasingly coherent picture and formulation of the research program GSDP is aiming at.
GSDP is designed in such a way that NONE of these tasks will be addressed by a work package (or strict subset of such packages) in isolation. Instead, a dense network of bilateral and multilateral exchanges shall carry patterns of resonance between all work packages. This resonance, however, will be idea driven. The purpose of the formal structure is to make sure that promising ideas emerging in the network are taken up by the research community and pursued further in the research program.
